Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SYED ALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has not chosen to appear before the respondent Police as per the order passed in Crl.M.P(MD). No.5586 of 2017, dated 03.07.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the respondent Police tortured the petitioner and scolded him and also tried to register another false against the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent denied the above facts.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the
