For Respondent : Mr.M.Ganesan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime no.35 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 to A5, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A), 406 and 506(i) of IPC seek anticipatory bail.

2. The marriage between the first accused and the defacto complainant was solemnized on 16.07.2017 and thereafter due to some misunderstanding there was a quarrel, due to which the case came to be registered.

3. Since it is a case of matrimonial dispute the case has been referred to the mediation centre and in the mediation the parties have entered into agreement. The said agreement is also enclosed herewith.

4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties at the mediation, this petition is closed with a direction to the

parties to strictly comply with the terms and conditions in the agreement. The settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of the order.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
