Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MUTHUMALAIRAJA, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners did not comply with the condition from 14.07.2017 to 20.07.2017 and thereafter, from 21.07.2017 to till date they are regularly complying with the conditions. considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the absence of the petitioners before the respondent Police from 14.07.2017 to 20.07.2017 is condoned. The earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons.
