Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 herein to consider petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2024 based on the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/5462/2023 dated 07.12.2023 of the 5th respondent and proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/5462/2023 dated 07.12.2023 of the 5th respondent and proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5252/2023/A3 dated 24.01.2024 of the 2nd Respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 herein to consider petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2024 based on the proceedings dated 07.12.2023 issued by the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No.A4/5462/2023 and the proceedings dated 07.12.2023 issued by the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No.A4/5462/2023 and proceedings dated 24.01.2024 issued by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.5252/2023/A3 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 22.01.2024 regarding stay of registration till the disposal of the proceedings with regard to the disputed property. Since the same has not been considered till date, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of in accordance with law by the respondents within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above said submission, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.01.2024 which was submitted for stay of registration till the disposal of the proceedings with regard to the disputed 3/6
property and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
