This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in Crime No.17 of 2020 dated 04.01.2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.17 of 2020 has been completed and a charge sheet in STC.No.1323 of 2020 has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and the same is pending for taking cognizance.
