ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for speedy trial of the case in C.C.No.57 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the private respondents herein, notice to them is dispensed with.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.57 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
