RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 1085 days in preferring the Criminal Revision against the judgment in Cr.M.P.No. 4115/2017 in RPR. No. 65/2015 dated 30.11.2017 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Otthanchatiram, Dindigul District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR. T. LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1085 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Case against the judgment in Cr.M.P.No.4115 of 2017 in R.P.R.No.65 of 2015, dated 30.11.2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchatiram, Dindigul.

3.Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed for allowing this petition.

CRL MP(MD) No.1752 of 2020 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
