CMP(MD) No.1851 of 2022 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.PONSENTHIL KUMARAN, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent and MR.V.VEERAPANDIAN, Advocate for the 2nd respondent, the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has to take steps for the deceased third appellant and there is a delay of 602 days in representing the petition and prayed the delay to be condoned.

Reasons for the delay are not satisfactory. Hence, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.600/- to the siddha Hospital, attached to this court, on or before 22.04.2022.
