Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M. LINGADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8413 of 2017, dated 05.07.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the father of the deceased is an Auto Driver and he is having Auto stand nearby respondent Police Station and everyday when the petitioner appearing before the respondent Police for abiding the condition, the father of the deceased tried to create unwanted situation and threatened the petitioner herein. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent Police only on 08.07.2017 and thereafter, he failed to appear.

4.
