The present petition is filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.9 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Inspector of Police, All Woman Police Station, after concluding investigation in Crime No.9 of 2020, has filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, on 06.02.2021.
