This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.8/2014 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.321 of 2015. 3.Therefore, at this stage the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition cannot entertained by this Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
