This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of appeal dated 13.08.2025 filed by the petitioners as against Order No.245/2025 dated 15.07.2025 of the second respondent, as per law, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioners submitted an appeal to the first respondent against the order of the 2nd respondent. However, since the appeal has not been taken on file, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that within eight weeks, the appeal would be disposed of.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' appeal, after giving notice to all the parties, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
