Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has made some serious allegations against the panchayat president. He has given a complaint before the first respondent. The petitioner wants action to be taken under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act. It is true that the first respondent has suo motu jurisdiction. But then, it is a call that has to be taken by the first respondent. This court will not be justified in issuing any direction.
