PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Court to direct the first and second respondents to forthwith release the rice seized on 11.10.2012 in Crime No.260 of 2012, now in the custody of the third respondent vide Receipt No.751, dated 11.10.2012 and to release the lorry bearing No.K.L 19 A 786 now in the custody of the first respondent in pursuant to the judgtement dated 16.12.2013 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil forthwith, with a report of compliance to this Court.

ORDER
