This petition has been filed, praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to complete the trial and pronounce the Judgment in C.C.No.67/2014 on his file, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the records.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.67/2014, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
