This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent order change of investigation in the matter relating to Crime No.210 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent for investigation of the case by a competent officer and file a final report

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that investigation is almost completed and yet to file charge sheet.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court deems it fit to direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation done by the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to file a final report before the concerned court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
