This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No. 38 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 38 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy West, Trichy on 30.04.2020, but not yet taken on file.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy, is directed to take the charge sheet on file, if not already taken on file.
