Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has surrendered before the concerned Court on 22.03.2016 and come out on bail on the same day and he has complying with the condition from 23.03.2016.
2. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) produced the copy of the signature note of the accused. On verification, it is seen that the petitioner is complying with the condition only from 25.03.2016.
