respondent, dated 07.02.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to Survey the Land in Survey Nos.126/2, 126/5, 129/3A, 129/5B1 of Kudicheri Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District unless the Patta and Revenue Record of the said lands are mutated from the name of the petitioner and his family members to any other person.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
