This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction directing the 2nd respondent to furnish the closure report to the petitioner herein in crime no.66 of 2013 on his file, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case has been closed under Section 468 of Cr.P.C. 3.Recording the said submission, the first respondent is directed to file RCs Notice within a period of four weeks. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the above direction.
