(Order of this court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.) When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 28.03.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the case was ordered to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 29.03.2019. Even, today (29.03.2019), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Heard, Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned standing counsel for the first respondent and Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader for second respondent.

2.In view of the above fact, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
