ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) Challenging the notice issued under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, by the third respondent dated 21.01.2025, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent/the Tahsildar, Uthamapalayam, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 267/2022/A3 dated 08.02.2025, has withdrawn the impugned proceedings of the third respondent, dated 21.01.2025 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this regard.

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
