PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to forthwith withdraw the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued as against the petitioner's son in connection with the Crime No.103 of 2013 on the file of the third respondent police by considering the petitioner representation, dated 13.12.2017 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents to withdraw the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the petitioner's son, namely, Madhanraj in connection with the Crime No.103 of 2013.

2.In view of the common order passed in Crl.O.P(MD). Nos.16164, 22700 and 22717 of 2016, the first respondent is directed to withdraw the Look Out Circular(LOC) issued against the Mathanraj, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
