ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to survey the petitioner's land which is situated in Survey No.160/57 in T.Veppangulam Village Kadaladi Taluk Ramanathapuram District by considering his representation dated 03.02.2016 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.J.Senthilkumaraiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.J.Padmavathidevi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, he claims to be the owner of the property in Survey No.160/57, T.Veppangulam Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. The petitioner has submitted an application dated 03.02.2016 before the respondents seeking to survey the land and fix boundaries. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure his land by fixing boundaries, the second respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
