ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A4, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.89 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have damaged the electrical motor and its starter parts attached in the well of the defacto complainant.
3. The case of the petitioners is that there is civil dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant and a suit in O.S.No.151 of 2013 is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Oddanchathiram.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.
5. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathiram, and on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
