This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 25.08.2021, made in W.P.(MD) No.15166 of 2021.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the respondents have given a written instructions dated 06.04.2022 stating that the amounts due to the petitioner will be settled on or before 31.05.2022.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the above undertaking is not honoured, , the petitioner is at liberty to restore this contempt petition by filing appropriate petition.
