CRP(MD)No.428 of 2021 Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.24 of 2019, dated 24.11.2020, on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam and set aside the same and allow the Civil Revision Petition and thus render justice ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and affidavit file in support thereof and upon perusing letter D.No.1978/2022 dated 26/09/2022, from District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, this Court made the following order:- "The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, sent a letter dated 26.09.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of O.S.No.24 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 25.10.2021.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 26.09.2022, three months' time is extended from today to dispose of O.S.No.24 of 2019."
