This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.271 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Munneerpallam Police Station, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 20.10.2014 before the Anti Land Grabbing Court, Tirunelveli, but sofar, the case was not taken on file.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Anti Land Grabbing Court, is directed to verify, if already charge sheet has been filed, then he has to take the case on file, without further delay.
