Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to run the bar in respect of Shop No.4837 situated in Kanyakumari District in conformity with the proceedings of the respondent in e.f.vz;.045/B/2017, dated 22.11.2017.Within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to run the bar in respect of Shop No.4837 situated in Kanyakumari District in conformity with the proceedings of the respondent in e.f.vz;.045/B/2017, dated 22.11.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf the respondent.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has produced a copy of the communication dated 01.12.2017 cancelling the proceedings dated 22.11.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirms that the petitioner has received the said communication and is not challenging the same.

5. In the light of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P(MD)No.1505 of 2018 is closed.
