PRAYER IN CRL.MP(MD)NO.2029/2016 IN CRL.OP(MD)NO.2584/2016:- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 12.02.2016 in in CRL.O.P(MD) No.2584 of 2016. Order : These Petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SIVAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 21.03.2016.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on the first working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
