[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The petitioner wants a particular statue to be installed at a particular place.

2. It is completely beyond the ordinary powers of a Court, even a constitutional Court, to direct the administration to install any particular Statue at any particular place. It would be appreciated if the Court's time is not wasted like this and the Court is allowed to take up the other pressing matters instead.

3. W.P(MD) No.3967 of 2021 is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
