ORDER

The present petition is filed to call for the records in C.C.No.449 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul and quash the same.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would contend that bailable warrant is pending against the present petitioner and since the petitioner did not appear before the concerned Magistrate Court, he cannot maintain the present petition.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the learned Judicial Magistrate shall take corecive steps to secure the 2/4

presence of the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Origional Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
