O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.194 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.194 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, against the petitioners. The grievance of the petitioners is that though the case was registered in the year 2022, so far no final report has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been almost completed and the final report will be filed within a very short time.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the first respondent to file the final report in this case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
