3.This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take action against the respondents 3 to 5 towards fraudulent act in the Society No.0787, Veppalodai Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society at Veppalodai, Thoothukudi District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2018.

4.Learned Special Government Pleader seeks time towards consideration of the representation.

5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 23.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
