Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHU SARAVANAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.375 of 2023, dated 06.01.2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, the condition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.375 of 2023, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station twice in a month, ie., on every First and Third Saturday at 10.30am, until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
