O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to call for the records pertaining to the case in STC No.804 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi and quash the same as illegal.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the case was posted before the trial Court on today (i.e., 03.10.2018) for Judgment.

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
