ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to grant patta in the petitioner's name in respect of the properties in Survey No.270/1, an extent of 10 cents and in Survey No.270/2, an extent of 47 cents, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2017. 2.Heard Mr.R.Pandi Maharaja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.
3.According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the properties in Survey No.270/1, an extent of 10 cents and in Survey No.270/2, an extent of 47 cents, situated at Keelakottai Village, Aathur Taluk, Dindigul District. While so, the petitioner entered into a sale agreement with one Rajalakshmi W/o.Chadrasekar and the same has been subsequently cancelled. Hence, she made an application on 23.10.2017 to the respondent to grant patta in her name. So far, no order has been passed. dated 23.10.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
