This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2017 and to measure the land in S.No.212/1B1C situated at Kadayam, Perumpatthu Village-I, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.Heard Mr.S.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, her father has purchased the property to an extent of 74 cents out of 1 acre 98 cents in Survey No.212/1B1C situated at Kadayam, Perumpatthu Village-I, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. But, a joint patta has been given for the entire extent in the above said survey number. In the above circumstances, the petitioner has given an application on 17.07.2017 to the respondents to measure the property and issue separate patta to the extent purchased by her father. But, so far, no order has been passed. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 4.Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to measure the above said land and fix boundaries as per revenue records, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the other co-owners, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
