2.Despite notice has been served, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.212 of 2022 on the file of the learned Sub-Court, Sivakasi, is withdrawn and transferred to file of the learned Sub-Court, Melur in Madurai District. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
