ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to initiate necessary action to measure and mark the four boundaries for Patta No.2588 which includes Survey No.28/9 of the Pachamalaiyankottai village, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2018. 2.Heard Mr.D.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.The petitioner, claims to be the owner of the property measuring to an extent of 231⁄4 cents out of 1.60 acre in Survey No.28/9, situated at Pachamalaiyankottai village, made an application before the respondents on 09.01.2018 to measure the above property as per the revenue records and she has also paid necessary fee for the same. But, so far, no order has been passed by the respondents. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2018 and survey the land, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other co-owners of the property, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
