Petition filed under Section 374(2) of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this court to call for the records from the lower court, to duly set aside the judgment passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District in S.C.C.No.05/2004 dated 19.11.2012.

There is no report of deviation in complying with the appeal bail condition, which he has undergone for a long period. It is sufficient. This petition is allowed. The appeal bail conditions are relaxed cord completely.
