Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Ramar, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 29.03.2017.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 29.03.2017 to 12.07.2017 and the charge sheet has been filed in PRC.No.15 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

3. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has been filed in PRC.No.15 of 2017, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on all future hearing dates without fail, on receipt of summons.
