O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to give a adequate police protection for life and limb to the petitioner on the basis of the representation, dated 27.05.2023 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under enquiry, since both parties not co-operated for enquiry. If they appear for enquiry, the respondent police would conduct enquiry and dispose the same in accordance with law.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent would submit that the 5th respondent has not interfered with the administration of the petitioner.

4.Considering the prayer of the petitioner, the submission 2/4

made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the 5th respondent, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to appear before the 4th respondent police on 15.04.2025, thereafter, the 4th respondent police shall conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunities to both parties in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. 5.With the above observations and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
