ORDER

The petitioner only seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue a computer patta in his favour. 2.The prayer as sought for seeking a positive direction to issue computer patta cannot be granted by this Court without addressing the merits/demerits of the application of the petitioner. The petitioner has made a representation in this regard as early as on 11.07.2025 and again on 24.11.2024. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the first respondent/District Collector is the competent authority to issue computerised chitta and patta. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner shall enclose the copy of the earlier representations along with the copy of this order and shall make a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the first respondent shall pass orders on the merits of the petitioner's application within a period of six weeks thereafter. 2/3

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
