The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue a Work Site Visit Certificate to enable the petitioner to participate in Tender Reference No.72-2025-2026 and Tender I.D.No.2026_PWD_648803_1 dated 06.02.2026.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the Work Site Visit Certificate would be furnished on 04.02.2026.
