This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the learned District & Sessions Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to conduct the Trial in S.C.No.162 of 2009 in connection with Crime No.263 of 2008 on the file of the 1st respondent police on day to day basis and conclude the same.

2. Mr.E.Mohan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Anjugrammam Police Station is present. On instructions, learned Government

Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that out of 36 witnesses cited in S.C.No.162 of 2009, 35 witnesses have been examined and the case is posted to 18.06.2017 for examination of the Investigating Officer.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with further direction to the learned District & Sessions Judge, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to dispose of S.C.No.162 of 2008 within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
