ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the fifth respondent to register the petitioner's petition, dated 16.12.2014, pending before the second and third respondents and forward to the fifth respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State and perused the materials available on record.

3. Petition enquiry report informs of a case having been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.1657 of 2014 for offence under Sections 448, 323, 354, 506(ii) I.P.C on 20.12.2014 and the present complaint of the petitioner being an attempt to divert the issue. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed.
