O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.308 of 2022 dated 07.09.2022 for the offence u/s.174 of Cr.P.C. on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the Defacto-complainant and based upon his complaint the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.308 of 2022. Thereafter, the respondent police have not conducted proper investigation and they have not filed any final report. Hence, the present petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No. 308 of 2022.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that already the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a final report on 26.10.2024, before the Judicial Magistrate, Natham through online. Since already the respondent police filed final report, the prayer of this petition become infructous. 2/4

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent that already final report filed in this case, thereby no further order is required in this case. However, it is for the trial Court to take the said case on file in accordance with law without any delay.

5. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
