Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 and 2, who are lodged in the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, none has entered appearance. Therefore, we direct the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Palayamkottai, to produce the two death row respondents before this Court at 10.30 a.m., on 17.03.2020. The prison authorities may shift them one day earlier to the Central Prison, Madurai, under proper escort, so that the respondents can be produced before this Court in time on 17.03.2020.
