This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 05.12.2024 in W.P(MD)No.27549 of 2024 by 1/4

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondent submitted that at the time of arguments before this Court in the Writ Petition, the learned Standing Counsel who appeared for the respondent herein, inadvertently did not represent that the petitioner is holding dual passport. 3.Since it is a case of dual passport, it is not possible to issue passport at this point of time.
